MY HISTORY

I came to Naturopathic Medicine from an unconventional background. While working as an accountant, I developed an interest in Naturopathic Medicine and was drawn to the profession through a penchant for nourishing food, physical activity and time spent in the outdoors.

I believe that prevention is the key to good health and I endeavour to combine natural, evidence-based treatments into my patients’ integrative care. I also believe that patient education is essential for long-term wellbeing and empower my patients to take control of their own health. I am dedicated to fostering a safe place for my patients to explore their health, discover the root cause of their illness and begin their wellness journey with confidence.

I believe in an integrative approach to treatment, where I am happy to work alongside other healthcare providers to achieve the greatest health outcomes for my patients. I use comprehensive laboratory testing to guide treatment, remove the guesswork and better understand the root of my patients’ concerns.
